Relative to the overall usage of users who have this installed on their PCs, most are running Windows 7 (SP1) and Windows 10.

DESCRIPTION:

This mod adds all 11 buildable Uprising units and the remaining 28 Uprising maps to Red Alert 3. Additionally, the German language pack is included.

Hi guys!
If you want to play online with Uprising units like Giga Fortress, Motor cycle or Pacifer FAV etc, you can try this RA3 mod, called Insurrection.
Although there are many mods which include Uprising units, but most of them have added other units/factions too; But this mod (Insurrection) contains only RA3/Uprising units, and beside some minor changes, it's pretty similar to Uprising.
Initially this mod was developed by Bibber, but now there is another group of modders which continued the development.
The current version of this Mod is 1.02,
but a newer, a more balanced 1.03 version (they said

that it will be more balanced, but I've never played it ) will soon be released.
The development of this mod is still in progress, and any suggestions are welcome.

INSTALLATION GUIDE
Extract the files and put them inside DocumentsRed Alert 3ModsInsurrection
(Tip: As you know, DocumentsRed Alert 3Replays is the folder where you usually save your replays, so actually the folders 'Mods' and 'Replays' are inside the same 'Red Alert 3' folder)
If you don't have a folder called 'Mods', just create one with that name.
HOW TO PLAY THIS MOD ONLINE (WITH C&C: ONLINE)
  1. You need to have C&C:Online installed.
  2. [If you are using hooking, ignore this and jump to next step] Download this Zip file:
    Run_MOD_with_C_C_Online.zip
    Size: 353bytes
    Number of downloads: 225
    Player NameSideTeam

    Then excract it, and double click the extracted 'Run MOD with C&C Online' cmd file, and go to step 4.
  3. [Only for people who hooked their games, if you don't know what is hooking you should ignore this step

    Create a Red Alert 3 shortcut, go to its properties, add '-ui' at the end of 'Target' field, it should be something similar to this:
    Target: [C:Program Files (x86)Electronic ArtsRed Alert 3RA3.exe' -ui]

    Then save it and double click it.

  4. A C&C:Online Launcher would have been opened. Click the 'Red Alert 3' button to start the game from launcher , and you will see the game's control center:
    Click on 'Game Browser' (sometimes it's called Replay Browser' and then click the 'Mod' tab
    Select your Mod (with the right version!), and play it!
    (Please note that after login you will be at Custom Map 01 Lobby instead of Casual 01 Lobby, so don't get surprised if you see no one or very few people in the lobby you can still manually change the lobby back to casual 01 though, but it doesn't make much sense XD)

BALANCE CHANGES (Reverted many changes of Red Alert 3 v1.09~1.12, since the specs of Uprising is based on RA3 1.08 plus some new changes):
General/Global:
1. The minimap radar will be shutdown in low power mode
2. The build time of collector inside War Factory and Naval Yard reduced to 10s from 20s
3. Apocs, Grinder, Future Tank X1 and King Oni vulnerability to EXPLOSIVE damage decreased to 200% from 250%
4. Super/Ultimate weapons cost changed to 1500/2500 from 1250/2500
5. All units that can repair theirself (Apocs Kirovs Harbingers Giga Fortress etc.) repair rate changed to 6/s from 4/s
6. Veteran Academy, Garage, Dry Dock, Hospital and Airport health changed to
respectively 1000, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000 from 3000;
Observation Post health decreased to 8000 from 10000;
Garage repair rate decreased to 1% from 2%
9. Giga Fortress won't be bribed by spy, Future Tank X-1 won't be pilot sniped by Natasha
Soviet:
1. Orbital drop reload time changed to 3/3/4min from 3/4/5min
2. Super Power Plant energy production increased to 500 from 350
3. Sentry gun still consumes power, but it remains functional under low power mode, can be upgraded
4. Flak Cannon and Tesla Coil health reduced to 1800 from 2000
5.Flak trooper's secondary ability damage changed to 150/100 from 200/150,
speed under secondary mode increased to 55 from 50
6. Tesla trooper vulnerability to EXPLOSIVE damage decreased to 50% from 100%*
7. Natasha's secondary ability reload time decreased to 45s from 60s
8. Sputnik Cost reduced to 1000 from 1200.
9. Grinder health increased to 1500 from 1200
10. Apoc's attack range increased to 175 from 150
Allies:
1. Time bombs reload time changed to 2min/3.5min/5min from 2min/4min/6min,

11. Multi gunner IFV Cost increased to 850 from 800, its anti-ground missile damage increased to 12.5 from 10
12. Cryocopter health reduced to 600 from 650.

Fixed bugs of Red Alert 3 1.12
1. Blocked an exploit that allowed Dolphins to splash damaging land structures.
2. Fixed a bug where Tesla Troopers fires from a wrong position.
3. Fixed a bug where Tesla Trooper and Engineers' body remains in the sky after having been killed by Yuriko.
4. Fixed a bug which would allow the cryocopter's secondary ability to be instantly reloaded
after having upgraded High Technology protocol.
[A issue raised after having fixed this bug: when a shrunked unit is shrinked again by a cryo upgraded with high technology, the time of shrink effect will be still 20s instead of 24s]
5. Fixed a bug where sometimes the Technology level light on Allies/Empire structure won't light properly.
6. Blocked an exploit that allowed to crash the game of all participants using wall.
7. Fixed a graphical bug where Soviet's Naval Yard and Battle lab have one more production line

KNOWN ISSUES
1. Harbinger Gunship doesn't circle around the target when attacking, but it flies like an 8.
Because the game engine of Uprising has been improved to allow this,
and it's not possible to do it in a Red Alert 3 mod.
2. Giga-Fortress' (air mode) laser sweeps horizontal (from left to right or vice versa) instead of vertical going forward.
Red Alert 3 does not support Uprising's new codes about this.
3. Mortar Cycle's drivers have a different death animation instead of Uprising's one
because Red Alert 3 does not support Uprising's new codes about death animation.
4. Soviet Reaper's secondary effect is different from Uprising's one,
because Red Alert 3 does not support Uprising's new codes about death animation.
5. Future Tank X-1's secondary ability effect is different from Uprising's
