Samsung SmarThru Office v2 - Samsung not trusted as a signer in Microsoft Office and 365 Trying to install Samsung SmarThru office V2 for my printer/scanner, but Windows 10 reports the signer of the executable is not trusted, I downloaded from the Samsung website and the signer is shown as Samsung. I would suggest you to run Print Troubleshooter. The built-in Printer Troubleshooter can automatically detect and fix most of the incorrect settings and errors that could cause issues while printing. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if there is any issue with the sound.
- Click on Troubleshooting and select the view all option on the left pane.
- Click on Printer troubleshooter and follow the online instructions.
Post that make sure that the Print Spooler service is enabled.
Press Windows+ R and type in services.msc then press Enter
Right-click the Print spooler service, and then click Properties.
Now stop and start the service.

tried both suggestions but still not able to print.
The clean laptop doesn't find the Samsung printer at all so its a network problem?
The upgraded one prints blank sheets
