I purchased on line my Dell Inspiron 5551 with Windows 10 (manufactory install) laptop thru third party and received by mail in middle of July 2016. Since my first download from Microsoft Anniversary Update my laptop wasn't running like it should. The App store was on the blink, open app store and it would close immediately and give error, and some other minor issues. Then came Microsoft Creation or Creator update download and this update was done early giving those who already had windows 10 installed to download early. This was suppose to be the one, best of them all. Will I download/update from windows 10 version 1607 to 1703 and little at a time my app were not update correctly or not at all, Outlook mail was not looking like it should and giving me problems, office missing and during that my trail date expired. I think office and word should have a permanent spot on Windows 10 ( thinking out loud). My map was missing, photos as well, files missing. I was miserable. I called Microsoft IT chat spoke w/different people at different times help my office because of my job searching. Any way, the tech did not install my office correctly, second tech was a real jerk kept putting me on hold and making me fix it ( I called you for help) so I hung up, next morning tried again this third tech told me about it wasn't installed correctly and installed wrong they don't use anymore 'Thanks IT tech chat guy'. Third guy fix and he brought to my attention corrupted files. weeks later still having problems I tried to reset/refresh and that didn't work, next I use my recovery flash drive and during that it didn't finish error UNABLE TO COMPLETE DUE TO CORRUPTED AND MISSING FILES. I am WHAT! So I go to my dell account and download factory image file windows 10 and recovery tool on non dell pc because my dell laptop in stuck on black screen. Downloaded factory image file and tool, while created recovery media it couldn't complete because factory image file I download from my dell account is corrupt. my warranty had already started back in Dec 29, 2015 expire March 29. 2017 . Hell I only owned this laptop purchased on line since July 2016. They want me to pay and not try to help me ' Sorry Ms Salazar this isn't your fault I send you a copy factory image and what you need to get your pc work again. I also found out that most of the time files get corrupt and go missing when pc has caught a virus. So that makes me more upset, I bought a used up once virus now refurbish but left with missing and corrupted files all because I purchase on line and Dell.com has no heart, understanding, no consideration . I am a single mother usually one income but right now none and I was using my laptop for job search and other personal needs now nothing. I cant get no help but want money and this is not my doing.
